Tailored one-on-one coaching designed to unlock your best performance.

Our personal training programs are fully customized to your body, goals, and lifestyle.

After a detailed consultation and movement assessment, we build a program just for you — including strength, mobility, conditioning, and recovery strategies.

You’ll work directly with a coach to stay accountable and support every step of the way.

What’s included:

Individualized training program (1, 2, or 3 sessions/week – 45 min each)

Personalized workouts to follow both in and outside the gym

Comprehensive movement assessment & goal-setting consultation

Nutrition guidance and lifestyle recommendations

Ongoing coach support and progress check-ins

Small Group Personal Training

All the benefits of personal training — with added accountability, community, and flexibility.

Our small group personal training offers individualized programming in a dynamic group environment (up to 6 people). Each client gets their own custom plan based on their assessment and goals, but trains alongside others for added motivation and support.

It’s an effective, budget-friendly way to train more often and stay consistent.

What’s included:

Personalized program tailored to you — even in a group setting

Full movement assessment & consultation

Small group coaching (max. 6 clients per session)

Sessions available 3x/week (morning, midday, or evening options)

A variety of classes to improve how you move, recover, and perform.

Our movement classes are designed to complement your training and expand your physical capacity. From mobility and conditioning to skill development and functional strength, these sessions help you move better, feel stronger, and stay injury-resistant — no matter your fitness level.

Strength, Skill & Mobility (SSM)

This comprehensive small-group class is designed to help adults build strength, improve movement quality, and develop essential physical skills for life. Each session integrates a thoughtful progression of training elements — from purposeful warm-ups and mobility work to neurocentric drills that sharpen balance, coordination, vision, speed, and agility.

You’ll build muscle and functional strength while learning how to move more confidently and efficiently in daily life. Whether your goal is to feel stronger, move with more control, or keep your body resilient as you age, SSM offers a complete approach to fitness — combining strength training, skill development, and mobility into one well-rounded session.

Currently offered every Wednesday at 6pm.

Tai Chi for Wellness

A mindful movement practice rooted in centuries-old tradition, Tai Chi blends intentional motion with focused awareness to harmonize body and mind. In this class, we practice Yang-style Tai Chi, a gentle, slow-paced form known for improving balance, coordination, and leg strength while calming the nervous system and enhancing mental clarity.

Perfect for all ages and fitness levels, Tai Chi is both restorative and empowering — supporting joint health, improving posture, and promoting longevity. Whether you’re seeking a powerful complement to other training or a standalone wellness practice, Tai Chi offers a path to greater resilience, focus, and overall well-being.

Currently offered every Wednesday at 12pm (Beginner-intermediate) & Friday at 12pm (Beginner Basics).

Strike & Strength - NEW!

Strike & Strength is a dynamic group class that blends athletic striking with progressive strength training for a powerful, full-body workout. Each session combines coordinated kickboxing combinations, conditioning intervals, and targeted strength work to build power, endurance, and muscular strength in a supportive, high-energy environment.

You’ll improve coordination, agility, and cardiovascular capacity while developing strong, capable movement patterns that carry into everyday life. Whether you’re looking to challenge yourself, build confidence, or add an energizing complement to your current training, Strike & Strength delivers focused intensity with smart, scalable programming for all levels.

Strong & Steady (55+) - NEW!

Strong & Steady is a strength-focused group class designed specifically for adults 55+ who want to maintain independence, improve balance, and feel confident in their bodies. Each session blends purposeful strength training, mobility work, and coordination drills to support joint health, stability, and everyday function.

You’ll build functional strength, enhance balance, and improve overall movement quality in a welcoming and supportive environment. Whether your goal is to stay active, move with greater ease, or build a stronger foundation for the years ahead, Strong & Steady provides a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to lifelong movement.

Youth Strength & Skill Development

Building strong, confident, and resilient athletes — for sport and for life.

Designed for middle and high school students, this class focuses on building a strong foundation in movement, strength, and athletic development. Through age-appropriate strength and conditioning, mobility training, and injury-prevention strategies, young athletes gain the tools they need to perform better in their sport and stay healthy throughout the season.

Even for those not competing, this class builds essential skills for life — from proper lifting technique and body awareness to balance, coordination, and confidence. It’s the ideal environment for youth to develop strength safely, learn fundamental movement patterns, and establish healthy habits that will last a lifetime.

Sessions are offered every Wednesday at 4:30pm and Saturday at 2pm.
